This card offers a special customization option with the Indian tricolor. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Resident Type: Indian. 
  • For salaried person:
    • Age: 18 to 70 yrs. 
    • Income: ₹25,000 monthly. 
  • For self-employed person:
    • Age: 18 to 70 yrs. 
    • Income: ₹25,000 monthly.
  • Good relation with the bank.  
  • Good CIBIL score (750 or more).

  • Photocopy of Address proof (any 1) 
    • Last 6 months bank account Statement

    • Salaried Person (any 1)
      • Latest salary slip (3 months).

  • Joining Fee: None. 
  • Annual Fee: None for the first year & from the 2nd year ₹250 + GST (can be waived off).

  • Reward benefit:

You can earn reward points from almost every purchase you make with this card. 

You will get 4 reward points for each ₹200 transaction you made with this card. 

If you can spend ₹5,000 in a month, you will get 100 bonus EDGE reward points. These reward points can be redeemed very easily against several categories from the reward catalog. 

You can find your total earned reward points in your monthly statements.   

  • Dining benefit:

With your Axis Bank Pride Platinum Credit Card, you can enjoy dining at most of the premium restaurants in India with a minimum of 15% discount on your dining bill. This offer is applicable at some partner’s restaurants like KFC, Mohalla 80, The Oriental Blossoms, etc.  

  • Fuel surcharge waiver:

With this card you will get a 1% waiver on fuel surcharges, this offer is applicable at most fuel stations in India, and you can get a maximum waiver of ₹250 in a month. The transaction amount should be between ₹400 to ₹4,000. 

  • Annual fee waiver: 

If you can spend ₹20,000 within a year, the annual fee for the next year will be waived off. 

  • EMI facility:

With this card, you can convert any of your purchases over ₹2,500 into EMI. This feature is very helpful in high-value purchases.  

  • Add-on facility:

You can share the benefits of your credit card with your loved ones, just add them with your card as an add-on member and they can enjoy the benefits of having a credit card.  

  • Zero lost card liability:

You don’t need to worry about your lost or stolen cards, as Axis Bank Pride Platinum Credit Card offers zero lost card liability.

  • Global acceptance:

This card is accepted in almost any country in the world. You can use it anywhere where the Visa credit cards are accepted.

  • Cash Withdrawal Charge: 2.5% against the withdrawal amount. 
  • Finance Charge: 2.95% monthly. (41.75% annually). 
  • Foreign currency transaction: 3.50% against the transaction amount.

Dispute Resolution Process:

If you notice some un-authorized charges in your account, or there is some billing error, or if your card is lost or stolen. You should act first and report the problem to customer service. You can follow the steps given below.

  1. First of all, contact the customer service authority and describe to them your problem, and follow their instructions. In case of a lost card ask them to block your card immediately. 
  2. If you are not satisfied with the given service, you can take your complaint to the circle nodal officer. You can mail at [email protected] or you can call at +91-080-61865200. 
  3. If you do not get any response within 10 days, you can then contact the principal nodal officer, you can mail at [email protected]

Axis Bank Pride Platinum Credit Card is a specially designed credit card for Indian defense personals, although this card is available for everyone. This card offers 4 reward points per transaction, a minimum of 15% discount on dining bills, up to ₹250 fuel surcharge waiver in a month, an option to customize your card, EMI facility, and lots more. 

But if you are looking for lounge & golf access, entertainment benefits, etc. then you will be disappointed with this card.
