Eligibility Criteria:

  • Resident Type: Indian. 
  • For salaried person:
    • Age: 18 to 70 yrs. 
    • Income: ₹6,00,000 annually. 
  • For self-employed person:
    • Age: 18 to 70 yrs. 
    • Income: ₹6,00,000 annually. 
  • Good CIBIL score (750 or more).
  • Good relation with the bank.

With the issuance of the card, you will get a free economy class ticket as a welcome gift, you will also get the same benefit every year with the payment of the annual fee. 

  • Reward benefit:

With each ₹200 spends on this card, you will get 2 CV points. You can redeem these points against award flights and upgrade awards. 

  • Lounge access:

With your Axis Bank Vistara Credit Card, you will get 2 free accesses to some of the selected domestic airport lounges. You will get a maximum of 2 free accesses per quarter. 

  • Dining benefit:

This card offers a minimum of 15% discount on your dining bill. This offer is applicable at some selected partner restaurants only. 

  • Insurance coverage:

This card comes with an air accidental coverage of ₹2.5 crores, this card also offers ₹1 lakh of purchase protection and USD 300 coverage against lost baggage and documents. 

  • Milestone benefit:

If you can spend ₹50,000 within the first 90 days of the card issuance, you will get 1,000 CV points as a bonus reward. 

Also, you will get a free economy class ticket every time you cross the spending milestone of ₹1,25,000, ₹2,50,000, and ₹6,00,000. 

  • Club Vistara Membership:

With this card, you will get a free membership of Club Vistara which gives you some exclusive benefits on travel.

If you notice some un-authorized charges in your account, or there is some billing error, or if your card is lost or stolen. You should act first and report the problem to customer service. You can follow the steps given below.

  1. First of all, contact the customer service authority and describe to them your problem, and follow their instructions. In case of a lost card ask them to block your card immediately. 
  2. If you are not satisfied with the given service, you can take your complaint to the circle nodal officer. You can mail at [email protected] or you can call at +91-080-61865200. 
  3. If you do not get any response within 10 days, you can then contact the principal nodal officer, you can mail at [email protected]

But before going to the Banking Ombudsman, try to negotiate the issue with the bank.

This card is most beneficial for those who travel quite frequently with Vistara Airlines. It offers 2 CV points for each ₹200 transaction, 2 free lounge accesses per quarter, free economy class tickets, Insurance coverage, EMI facility, and lots more. So if you fly regularly with Vistara Airlines then this card will be beneficial for you. 

And if you don’t travel frequently with Vistara Airlines, then you can go for IndusInd Bank InterMiles Voyage Credit Card or Citi Premier Miles Credit Card.
